Rollercoaster

They say life is like a rollercoaster
Takes you up and throws you down
Teasing you with feared emotions
As you plummet to the ground

But then it swings back into motion
Launching your rocket to the sky
And for just that short minute
You feel like you can fly

But these rides of life will hoard you
As they will creep right in your chest
Sweet-talking you with danger
For they’ll always flirt with death

So as you look at the seat right by you
What is the decision that you’ll make
Do you fall deep and fast with passion
Or do you sit out and play it safe?
