She sits and stares at the endless sky.
Looking for answers, but no reply.
She's contemplating life & all the reasons why.
Trying to hold on to the moments & not let it pass her by.

And as the stars dance among themselves.
She wishes she could join them to relieve herself.
To wallow life in such a carefree place.
With her beauty, and pride, and a sense of grace.

But time is ticking-It's an endless sin.
And reality is now setting in.
For this moment she thought she could win.
But the physical world has locked her in.

Now leaving this fantizied, beautiful place..
She knows that in time, these seconds will retrace.
So she may escape into paradises endless embrace.
